Our Company has a long-standing rental history with NECI and NECI students. We understand the difficulty of finding a short term lease and have always been flexible and accommodating to the student's semester long schedule. All of our properties in Montpelier are within walking distance of the NECI classrooms and the administrative offices. This makes for an easy transition from the dorms to an alternative off-campus living situation. As our company manages 100 apartments in the downtown Montpelier area we always have a variety of studios and one and two bedroom apartments available for new or returning students.

You must call the office and speak with one of our rental agents upon submitting your application. This allows our company to create a more personal working relationship with potential tenants and gives our agents the ability to address individual's specific rental needs. Please be advised that applications received without telephone confirmation will not be processed.
