Montpelier Property Management is continuously renovating and improving its apartments in an effort to maintain high quality apartments. We rent and manage approximately 100 residential apartments. They are located either downtown or within walking distance of downtown and the surrounding old picturesque neighborhoods of the Capitol City. Prices range between $550 and $1250. Apartments are clean, bright and energy efficient. Some have fireplaces, hardwood floors and outside porches. All have their own individual electric meters and heating systems that tenants can regulate.
We only rent buildings that we own exclusively so we are fully invested and accountable for our rentals. All of our buildings are cleaned and maintained regularly. For your satisfaction our management and repair staff are available on an emergency basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency repairs are made within 24 hours and all buildings and their systems are inspected routinely and kept in excellent condition at all times.
As the center of state government the population of the city nearly triples during the day. Montpelier is the heart of Central Vermont. We rent retail space in over 18 separate buildings all of which are on the National Historic Registry. Stores are located in the central downtown business district in highly visible and high traffic locations. All have historic storefronts with excellent presentation. Stores have their own individual heat source, that tenants may regulate, as well as individual electric and water meters.
We rent offices in 16 separate downtown buildings and also offices in some old neighborhood Victorian buildings. With available spaces ranging in size from 1 to 15 rooms we offer your business the flexibility you need to start up or expand your already existing practice. Offices are located on the first, second and third floors of designated historic buildings in the central downtown district or within walking distance of the State Capital Complex. Some offices are located in carriage houses, older historic homes or traditional storefronts. Parking is either on site or off site depending on the location. Some offices have handicap accessibility.
In addition to retail, office and residential spaces we also rent restaurant space. Restaurant spaces for rent may be partially equipped or unequipped.
